Miss Dufour

Over the past 3 weeks, We have had Miss Dufour our Student Teacher.

Who has been teaching us French & Algebra. In French:

We were learning how to have conversations to one another, Learning our Age, Animals, Food, Our to introduce ourselves, Greetings.

On the second to last day we got to make Les Croissants, some were filled with Nutella, and others Ham.

The ingrediants we used were: 

Pastry,

Nutella,

Egg.

Method:

1) Place Sheet of Pastry on to your working area

2) Use a knife to cut the Pastry in to Triangles 

3) Put a dollop of Nutella at the Base of each Triangle 

4) Roll each Croissant starting at the base. 

5) Brush with an Egg

6) Place on to a Baking Tray lined with Baking Paper 

7) Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
